Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their WhatsAuto subscription at any time through the available account or billing controls.

2. Effect of Cancellation

After cancellation, the subscription will normally remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. The subscription will not automatically renew after cancellation.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may also be cancelled. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

Cancellation and refunds are separate matters. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refund requests.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account if it violates our Terms of Service or applicable third-party platform policies.
