WhatsAuto provides software tools that help businesses automate customer communication through WhatsApp Business, including automated replies, lead capture, follow-ups, appointment reminders, review requests, and payment reminders.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use WhatsAuto only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and the policies of WhatsApp, Meta, and other relevant service providers.
5. Customer Content
You remain responsible for the messages, customer information, business information, and other content you submit or process through WhatsAuto.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features are provided according to the plan selected by the customer. Payments and subscription billing are processed through Paddle. Pricing and billing terms are displayed during checkout.
7. WhatsApp and Third-Party Services
WhatsAuto may depend on third-party services including Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform. Availability of these third-party services may affect WhatsAuto features.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep WhatsAuto available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used in violation of these terms, applicable law, or third-party platform policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WhatsAuto will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the service.
